ZapFS provides enterprise storage solutions including software licensing, support services, and related tools. Our services are designed for business use and require a valid license for commercial deployment.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. License Terms
Software licenses purchased through ZapFS are subject to the specific terms of your subscription tier. Licenses are non-transferable and may only be used in accordance with the node and capacity limits of your plan.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
